  • Refund Process & Timeline

    Once a refund request is received and reviewed by our finance team:

    • Approval: You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Credit Timeline: All approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within seven (7) working days.

    • Bank Delays: Please note that while we process the credit within 7 working days, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the balance in your account.
